Do you value beautiful recordings of classical music as much as I do? I make them, for a long time already. My first recording was made in Bielefeld, in 1985, 11 years old, at the time already with studio quality equipment. More on how that was possible.
Typically I make recordings of live concerts, but also occasionally for CD's or radio broadcasts.
During the COVID-19 lockdowns I helpen out musicians with audio and video recordings to bring music to the people. This included outdoors recordings and a live stream project with an online 'concert' that many children watched.
My daily work is in archaeology, as Head IT Operations, with 25 years of experience in the geo-spatial data domain.
As we've got a structural lack of resources, I decided to make this website deliberately very simple. Cloud storage and data traffic cost a lot of energy.
